We do our very best to send orders the day they’re received, if placed before 1pm, but we make no guarantees. If you have a particularly urgent order, get in touch with us to make sure it can be sent in the timeframe you need.
We ship using a number of different couriers and Australia Post, depending on your location, the size of your order and the delivery timeframe. Shipping is charged at a flat rate depending on your state:
ACT: $10
NSW: $10 (or you can pick up from our warehouse in Rydalmere, 2116)
NT: $14
Qld: $10 (except North Qld)
North Qld: $14 (postcodes in the following ranges – 4450-4499, 4700-4805, 4806-4899, 9920-9959)
SA: $14
Tas: $20
Vic: $10
WA: $20
Express shipping
We can send you order via express post if you need it urgently, please contact us to organise this, as there will be an extra fee to pay, depending on the weight of your order.
Click and collect
You’re welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse in Rydalmere, NSW 2116 from Monday to Friday, 9am ’til 4pm. Just select ‘Local pickup’ when you go through the checkout and we’ll send you an email when your order is complete and ready to be collected.
