Designer Notes
Gloss Coated card and paper is bright white and features a smooth, medium shine, gloss finish. It is 150gsm which makes it very thick paper, it’s also available in 128gsm paper and three card weights (200, 250 and 300gsm).
We love Gloss Coated paper for printing posters to catch attention and it’s perfect for use with alcohol inks because the colours sit on top and stay vibrant without being absorbed into the paper at all.
SRA3 is slightly larger than A3, mainly used for when you want your printing to go all the way to the edge of the page. Since most digital printers can’t do that, you print on larger paper, with overhang or ‘bleed’, and you cut it back to size afterwards.
