Designer Notes
Gloss Coated card and paper is bright white and features a smooth, medium shine, gloss finish on both sides. It is 250gsm which is a medium-thick card, it’s also available in 200, 300 and 350gsm, as well as two paper weights (128 and 150gsm)
We love Gloss Coated card for printing posters to catch attention and it’s perfect for use with alcohol inks because the colours sit on top and stay vibrant without being absorbed into the stock at all.
SRA3 is slightly larger than A3, mainly used for when you want your printing to go all the way to the edge of the page. Since most digital printers can’t do that, you print on larger paper, with overhang or ‘bleed’, and you cut it back to size afterwards.
